Very pushy staff. We had what was supposed to be a tour of the hotel with the idea of seeing their facilities so we can consider booking a room/suite for our stay. We were hugely impressed by the suites and penthouse and actually considered booking the penthouse for 2 nights while we were here and for the full duration of our next holiday to Dubai. Then it turned out to be a very pushy sales pitch. Where we were constantly asked our budget to buy a membership with them which would give us 'discounted' rooms. To make it worth our while they also wanted US to sell THEIR rooms to friends and family for a profit through the membership. To try and get out we said our budget was only £5000 and we can't afford membership. The manager came out and surprisingly membership was £4500! Then we said no not affordable, we have £5000 and can't spend it all, the price immediately went down to £2500. I have a family member who would have been very interested as he already has various successful investments in Dubai, but the very pushy sales tactic - especially the fact it was disguised under a guided tour of the hotel to show their facilities so we can consider booking means I will not be considering this for myself or any friends or family. If they had been honest and transparent, I would have done my research and probably gone with it. Oh and they told us we have to make a decision there and then and make payment as its a one time offer... when we finally managed to walk out (4 hours later) we were given the relevant paperwork and told to have a think about it as we can purchase at any time. No thanks.

A memorable stay at this venue! Stellar service, delectable food, and a pristine pool area made it unforgettable. While the minibar lacked, the breathtaking room view more than compensated. A top choice in the city!

I had very pleasant stay last week at this venue. Service was very nice, food was fine, pool area very clean and comfortable. But, i didn’t like your lounge on 44 floor and the restaurant; i don’t like this style. It was an awesome experience to stay on such a friendly zone hotel. No hassle and very accommodating. Hands up for all of the staffs such a wonderful performance they showed to all their guests

Staying at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was the highlight of my trip. Perfectly located near Downtown Dubai it's an ideal base for exploring. The pool is a treat, providing stunning views of the city. Family-friendly The free WiFi and parking added to the convenience. Staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Simply put, Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City offers a top-notch, happy Dubai experience. I can't wait to return!
