Thoroughly enjoyed my 8-night stay at this hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. Services, bars, restaurants, gym, pools, wellness facilities are all great. There can be traffic build up at the entrance due to drop offs. Breakfast place is very busy especially on weekends. Plenty of regular taxis available outside of hotel at regular rates. Hotel taxis’ rates are double compared to a regular taxi. Overall, a wonderful stay and would come back again.

We have stayed in a few Hilton Hotels over the years. And this was going to be our second Hilton in Dubai. First was Conrad which was excellent. So the Habtoor had a lot to live up to. Unfortunately it fell short on this occasion. We had two rooms booked for a week's stay. Initially all seemed well. Unfortunately after careful inspection we noticed our rooms especially the bathrooms were not to what we expected from a Hilton. Especially one in Dubai. The shower areas were dirty and stained quite badly. You could see some repair work on the showers which were not to a good standard. Bedding was supposed to be changed on the 3rd day as per policy which we were happy with but wasn't and we had to request this. The shower only had lukewarm water or cold in my kids room from the main shower. Breakfast was something that had numerous videos on you tube praising the options. But for us it was poor. Not again what we expected. The food options were not there and and variety of food compared to Conrad was lacking In Our opinion I even had cereal to change it up and it was stale. We were so disappointed that on the last day we decided to go to a lovely cafe a few doors down. Called Made Cafe. Definitely visit. Great food options and fantastic staff. Speaking of staff the service element wasn't the same. No hello from anyone even when you say hello yourself. The exception to that rule was Ali. Really nice guy very happy and polite and asset for your hotel. One thing I do have to say is unexpectedly on my son's birthday he did receive a cake when we were at Breakfast there morning and again to his room. Which was nice so thank you for that. He appreciated it.

It was a fantastic stay and my sister and I really enjoyed it. When we arrived to the hotel, warm welcome and smooth check in. Once we entered the room it was amazing and very clean they also have a pool view that looks really nice. Thank you Padam, mark, and Tushar for assisting us with the luggage and also with the transportation. For sure we will be back again here

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City, and this was not my first visit—I’ve stayed there more than 10 times. The hotel offers excellent facilities, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The hotel’s location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions and the city center. I also enjoyed the variety of dining options available on-site. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

I was initially happy with the person who welcomed us and assist us at a better line for smoother check in, however, the room was full of mosquitoes, i spoke to guest relations on my first night who was very accommodating and offered to deep clean the room which i accepted, when i got back, the exact same. I referred to guest relations once again and went to their manager who had to ask someone again to confirm mosquitoes. It was finally confirmed which took them hours a day hours to change. I do not recommend this hotel due to poor hygene. I was not the only person who complained about it, another woman at the same time with her family had the same issues i have also added a photo of marks on the sheet of the bed.
