    Sauvignon blanc came only 1/3 even with ice cubes in the glass. Normal white wine should be filled to 1/2 of the glass. Very dishonest and not value for money 😓

    Resturant closed for private function, but still not rejected the booking. Finally, dinner served at bar area after negotiation and confirmation from kitchen. Just a question, as a customer “What did I do it wrong?

    the bread was microwaved for way too long and became rock hard. we asked the staff to replace the bread and commented on it being reheated too long, it was replaced immediately however they did the exact same thing and again wasted all the bread as it so hard it was inedible.

    Otherwise service is good and food quality is good value.

    前菜最欣賞風乾肉類 選擇好多
    有parma ham 辣肉腸 煙三文魚等等
    另外仲有拉絲Pizza同唔同既沙律選擇(。・ω・)ノ

    想飲有汽酒類作為開胃酒呢款都唔錯 味道唔算太苦澀~

    Sangria 呢款好似都幾常見
    不負責任評論既話覺得果味幾重同較另外飲過既兩款酒甜
    所以都適合唔鐘意苦澀味既朋友仔 \(*ˊᗜˋ*)/

    甜品相比下就正常發揮
    如果都係buffet一部分同多啲選擇就更好
    可以揀Tiramesu同Panna Cotta
    前者感覺滿足啲 後者士多啤梨醬偏酸
    但同奶凍食都夾既🤤🤤

    整體黎講 係一個唔錯既semi buffet體驗
    對於平日生活好匆忙 喺下午飲酒放鬆一下既朋友

    ❤️Grappa’s Cellar 喺香港已經屹立多年, 夜晚仲有live band演出, 今次我哋就喺度嘆咗一個悠閒嘅semi-lunch buffet,每位$298, 係一個半自助餐嘅形式, 自助區有唔同嘅芝士、麵包、 各式各樣嘅沙律、前菜、Parma ham等等。🤤

    主菜方面我哋叫咗紅酒牛腱肉配意大利飯, 肉質好tender同埋juicy, 而且份量唔細, 啱曬鍾意食肉嘅你😍

    另一個主菜叫咗海鱸魚🐟, 正常發揮, 健康又輕型, 配埋brut 的確不錯。

    🥧甜品我哋叫咗提拉米蘇, 都好有驚喜, 質感綿滑creamy, 滲出清幽嘅rum酒香。

    早五、六年前還是經常在某商場擺放市集的時候,幸運地認識不少志同道合的手作人朋友,每次擺市集都非常開心;多年沒見,這次與其中一位重聚當然要找來一間環境氣氛都一流的餐廳好好聚一下 @grappascellar

    HK Restaurant Week Lunch Set $198/位
    這次享用的是店家參加一個名為「2022春季香港餐廳周」活動的期間限定lunch set,由前菜、主食、甜品跟飲料都會包括啊!
    前菜方面我們先選了風乾火腿配蜜瓜跟是日餐湯,前者用上18個月風乾火腿配上蜜瓜和哈密瓜粒,鹹香跟果甜配合得天衣無縫,沒有不好吃的理由!而這天的是日餐湯就是南瓜湯,濃稠且味濃,真材實料,不錯~
    店家提供3款主菜予客人選擇,朋友選的是烤魚柳配蔬菜伴海鮮汁,店家選用的都是時令的海魚,保證客人吃到最新鮮的海產,賣相精緻份量剛好,魚皮煎得香脆魚肉口感扎實,配醬汁的味道很好
    而我就選了一道家常的意大利菜:先將豬肉切成薄片,再沾麵粉煎香;醬汁就使用來自意大利西西里瑪莎拉出產的瑪薩拉酒,結合蘑菇煮成,在豬肉表面倒上醬汁跟烤過的蘆筍,是非常特別的味道,豬肉嫩嫩的還帶點點酒香啊~
    主食過後當然是甜品環節!一人一款常見的意大利甜品:Tiramisu入口幼滑,滿滿的咖啡酒香,配帶甘香的可可粉,不會太甜太膩;而Panna Cotta就柔軟帶濃郁奶香,與酸甜的莓果醬又是另一個風味!

    店家位於銅鑼灣一商場地庫,地方非常大!而且充滿意式風情,牆身掛滿意大利風景照片跟畫作,座位多而寬闊,跟朋友在此相聚非常適合~ 要留意這店還特地設置一個空間擺放樂器等,還有絕少見到的live band表演!可以配合不同情況聽到絕佳的音樂,氣氛非常好!
    食物還是性價比不錯的正宗意大利菜,種類也不少,要是不熟悉的話可以請店員推介一下啊~ 都是很熱情的服務大家的,價錢又不會太昂貴,星期天還會有brunch供應呢~ 想吃意大利菜的朋友可以留意一下啊!

    之前去過Grappa’s Cellar食晚餐,覺得好好味,今次就試埋佢地嘅Semi-Buffet Lunch😋 Semi-Buffet Lunch 包括左任食嘅starters,一款Main,一款Dessert同埋一杯野飲😎

    Semi-Buffet Lunch:$298/位
    Semi-Buffet Lunch with free flow drinks:$498/位

    Starters:
    前菜已經有好多選擇,由芝士,巴馬火腿,沙律,pizza仲有其他🤩芝士有四款俾大家任攞,包括Taleggio, Gorgonzola,Parmesan同埋Manchego😋配埋法包好鬼正🤭但係大家記得留番個肚食埋main同埋甜品啊😂

    Main Course:
    Sunday Ravioli Genova Style:
    好香嘅黑松露味😚係幸福嘅味道,每一啖都feel黑松露同芝士嘅交集😉包左好多肉餡,所以都可以見到係幾大隻嘅🫣

    Branzino:
    Sea Bass 煎得啱啱好,魚皮好脆,魚肉好滑🤤配埋番茄醬汁會增添左味道嘅層次,唔會咁dry😂

    Dessert:
    Pana Cota:
    奶凍口感好滑,份量又控制得啱啱好唔會好漏,再加埋啲紅梅醬,真係食唔停🤪

    Tiramisu:
    之前試過已經覺得好好食,所以今次再嗌多一次😻好creamy,酒味啱啱好,每個layer都做得好好,食落好有層次🥰

    又抵又正🤩可以食到咁多芝士同埋parma ham,仲要有咁好食嘅main同埋甜品真係好值得推薦😝

    超推薦利園二期的Grappa’s Cellar!
    銅鑼灣區內餐廳多, 但高質而又有誠意的意大利餐廳, Grappa’s Cellar 絕對係不可錯過的好餐廳。一入門口已經被酒吧吸引, 即使平日放工黎飲番杯, 都係個唔錯的選擇。再行落半層, 店內放滿了木系餐桌, 座位舒服不在話下,而且過時過節仲有Live Band 表演啊~的確讓人想起去米蘭旅行時的感覺。噢噢,我所愛的意大利我來了!!

    餐廳最近做緊Hong Kong Restaurant Week Menu, Dinner Menu 盡是特色意大利菜,4個Courses 由Starter, Pasta, Main 到Dessert,滿滿的意大利味大家肯定唔可以錯過。

    Welcome Drink
    坐低就先黎杯Prosecco熱下身吧~ 帶點蜜糖及橘子的香氣,又有微微的花香,口感清爽。

    Starter
    Minestrone Soup
    意大利雜菜湯材料滿滿, 洋蔥、西芹、紅蘿蔔、鷹咀豆等等, 香甜味道份外開胃。

    18 months prosciutto di San Danieie and melon
    未食已經讓人未食先流口水, 十八個月的prosciutto肉質柔軟味道細緻、 香甜的melon 更加帶出prosciutto 甘甜芳香, 味道令人有驚喜 😀

    Pasta
    Trofie Pasta with homemade sausage and anchovies, spicy broccolini
    眼看或許平平無奇, 但Trofie Pasta掛汁之餘又有蛋香, 每一條長短都不一, 證明不是機做出來的, 入口彈牙煙韌, homemade sausage咸香有致, 超好食。

    Main Course

    Baked sea bass with basil -lemon crust, pesto tosssed vegetables
    焗海鱸魚賣相同色香味都俱全, See Bass簡單烹調, 已經將魚的鮮味帶出, 肉質雪白, 食落去仲帶嫩。以香草醬煮過的蔬菜, 當中的清甜絕對有提鮮的作用。

    Braised beef cheek in Nebbiolo sauce, creamy polenta and vegetables
    牛面頰肉以Nebbiolo sauce煮過, 係紅酒的襯托下入味帶甜, 而且肉中間仲夾著的骨膠原,輕輕一切已經分開, 入口即溶~最欣賞是以義大利式玉米粥作為配菜, Polenta 煮得幼滑, 十分配襯濃味的牛面頰肉。

    Dessert
    Tiramisu 帶有淡淡酒香,芝士軟滑, 細膩精緻

    Traditional Italian panna cotta
    傳統意式奶凍口感幼細順滑,入口都是滿滿的奶香味啊,面頭仲有雜莓作點綴, 配搭酸中帶甜的雜莓糖漿更能突顯奶凍的香軟細滑。

    甜品後再加上杯傳統意大利的Digestivo
    作為整餐的ending, 絕對perfect!

    意想不到Pizza還有微微餘溫,芝士味道非常香濃。以自助餐質素來說已經非常高了😍。溫馨提示不要吃太多,因為主菜還在後頭!

    前菜非常豐富,所以建議大家可以選擇比較light一點的主菜。因為主菜上菜的時候很大機會已經半飽了🤣
    👉Sea bass grilled Mediterranean-style
    Sea Bass煎得非常香滑,肉質Juicy。伴碟的有番茄醬及蘆筍,味道屬於比較清淡一點。份量不算多,但吃完豐富的前菜也只是剛剛好吃的完!整體味道不錯,推薦可以一試~
    👉Grilled “chicken under a brick”
    烤雞相對惹味一點,但不及Sea bass嫩滑。幸好用上雞腿的位置,肉質亦不會過韌。

    🎈Dessert
    甜品方面可以選擇Tiramisu或Crema Catalana,兩款意大利的經典甜品。Tiramisu可以說是Grappa’s Cellar的招牌,可以看到晚市或午市都不少人點Tiramisu!Grappa’s Cellar 的Tiramisu好像比其他餐廳鬆軟,微微帶點酒香。

    🎈總括而言
    人頭收費$298可以說是性價比頗高,普通單點一份主菜也差不多一百多元。環境比較chill一點,店員的服務態度亦非常友善!最吸引的是4小時隨便吃,真的做到了Lazy Lunch,放慢腳步休閑的吃一個午餐~

    今年春季嘅香港餐廳周已經開始咗啦,我最鍾意嘅意大利餐廳Grappa’s都獲邀參加,推出咗HK Restaurant Week Menu,當然要相約朋友去食啦。

    Grappa’s係一間家庭式嘅意大利餐廳,店員親切有禮,地方寬敞氣氛熱鬧,感覺好開心暢快,所以我特別鍾意~

    Grappa’s 嘅HK restaurant week dinner $438/位⁣,有齊Welcome drink, Starter, Pasta, Main Course, Dessert。

    坐低店員先送上餐包,蘸橄欖油同醋先夠晒歐式風味~Welcome drink係Prosecco汽酒,冰凍+輕盈再帶少少sparkling嘅刺激,當堂感覺好refresh~

    【Minestrone Soup】
    傳統意大利雜菜湯,大量雜菜用料十足,夠晒醒胃,為大餐揭開序幕。

    【18 Months Proscuitto di San Daniele and Melon⁣】
    嫩滑火腿配juicy蜜瓜,鹹香x果甜嘅味覺享受。

    食完好地道嘅Starters就到意大利粉。【Trofie Pasta with Home Made Sausage and Anchovies, Spicy Broccolini】第一次見呢款意大利粉,店員介紹原來係自家手作㗎,口感煙韌幾特別。意粉醬汁creamy,配上味濃嘅自家製香腸粒同西蘭花苗,好有家的味道。

    主菜【Baked Sea-bass with Basil-Lemon Crust, Pesto Tossed Vegetables】香烤海鱸魚肉質白滑,魚皮帶脂肪,食落鮮美帶淡淡油香,底下有三色椒同露荀,夠晒健康。

    【Braised Beef Cheek in Nebbiolo Sauce, Creamy Polenta and Vegetables】
    牛面頰肉燉到好軟腍,用叉輕輕一壓已經可以切開;醬汁係用Nebbiolo呢種意大利嘅釀酒葡萄製成,幾特別喎~配菜有法邊豆同口感極似薯蓉但原來係玉米蓉Polenta。原來Polenta係意大利人飽肚主食嚟,又知多樣嘢啦~

    甜品都有兩款揀~
    【Grappa’s Tiramisu⁣】口感creamy帶淡淡酒味,食完唔覺heavy;【Traditional Italian Panna Cotta】係意式奶凍,配士多啤梨糖醬,甜蜜蜜又清涼~

    食完仲有餐後酒添,係幫助消化㗎,不過味道太濃有少少飲唔慣,不過都值得一試~

    成個menu由頭到尾都好有意大利風味,有一刻真係覺得自己去咗米蘭旅行咁。

    每期嘅HK restaurant week我都好鍾意發掘啲未試過嘅餐廳,可以品嘗到餐廳精心設計嘅餐單,而且價錢通常都較相宜✨

    今次我哋嚟到嘅呢間主打意大利菜嘅餐廳,一入到去已經覺得環境非常闊落,喺weekend仲會有live band表演,好啱情侶嚟拍拖撐枱腳㗎,真係好想下次再嚟感受下😼

    非常重茄味嘅意大利雜菜湯,裏面有大量唔同嘅蔬菜,偏酸又唔會太over幾醒胃,好飲又健康😽

    – 18 Months Proscuitto di San Daniele and Melon
    散發住濃郁鹹香嘅火腿,配上香甜蜜瓜向來都係絕配,一鹹一甜好滋味🤤

    – Trofie Pasta with Home Made Sausage and Anchovies, Spicy Broccolini
    第一次食呢款叫Trofie嘅pasta,一種形狀好似銀針粉咁嘅扭紋意粉。口感比較實同有咬口,我幾鍾意呢種有嚼勁嘅pasta!至於醬汁則用上鯷魚及西蘭花製作,惹味帶鮮香😋

    – Baked Sea-bass with Basil-Lemon Crust, Pesto Tossed Vegetables
    食完碟pasta已經有啲飽飽地,估唔到個Main都係大大份🤣香烤海鱸魚搭配清新嘅香草檸檬汁,巧妙地辟走油膩感,魚肉非常厚身啖啖肉,但肉質較乾,魚皮亦可以做得香脆一啲,相信口感會更豐富😗

    – Braised Beef Cheek in Nebbiolo Sauce, Creamy Polenta and Vegetables
    牛面頰肉燉煮至軟稔,中間夾著一層層嘅骨膠原,入口即化之餘帶著軟嫩彈牙嘅口感!睇落好似薯蓉咁嘅其實係意大利傳統主食Polenta玉米粥,不過老實講就唔太啱我口味喇🤣

    – Grappa’s Tiramisu
    最後當然唔少得Tiramisu作結,呢度嘅Tiramisu質地軟滑輕盈,酒味突出,唔錯👍🏻

    – Traditional Italian Panna Cotta
    意式奶凍味道就相對普通,都可以一試☺️

    呢度嘅Sunday semi buffet真係好吸引

    裝修似個酒窖
    環境又大又舒服
    有個小舞台 應該有時會有live band
    意式前菜、沙律、薄餅、火腿自助buffet
    有好多款選擇 單是火腿已經有五款

    另外一邊有個小table
    係芝士corner和一些麵包類
    啱曬鍾意食芝士嘅人

    主菜有Italian scottona 採用24個月嘅牛肉扒
    牛肉味濃烈
    不過後悔點了medium well
    如果再生少少肉質一定更加幼嫩

    Osso buco 用紅酒燉煮牛上腿肉
    圍繞牛腿骨的肉肉質細嫩
    紅酒味香醇濃郁
    底下的risotto本身沒有太多調味
    反而吸進了醬汁的香味
    很好的配搭

    甜品有雜莓panna cotta和tiramisu
    Panna cotta口感幼滑
    雜莓醬第一口有點甜
    不過之後與奶凍取得平衡
    tiramisu 沒有濃烈的咖啡味反而杏仁味突出
    第一次吃杏仁味重的tiramisu
    感覺唔錯

    總括嚟講假日同朋友去食嘢飲嘢吹下水非常不錯

    第一次食呢款叫Trofie嘅pasta,好鐘意😍😍口感好chewy, 煮得岩岩好, 夠哂al dente, 而個Sauce係用左鯷魚及西蘭花製作,好特別😋⁣

    香烤海鱸魚搭配清新嘅香草檸檬汁,冇左油膩感,魚肉啖啖肉,肉質都算滑👍🏻⁣

    意式奶凍味道就相對普通,但口感都好軟滑☺️

    餐飲方面有紅白酒揀🥂🍷而喺用餐完畢後更有一杯餐後酒叫digestivo,老闆話帶用咗好多藥材整成嘅❗️係意大利人嘅做法,可以有助促進消化,而佢嘅味道真係好特別,好濃嘅薄荷味🍃
