Delhi Delhi is an Indian restaurant.
In Delhi, Delhi has involved experts from India in creating the menu, but says it does not position itself as an authentic Indian restaurant. “In Delhi Delhi is not worth going to traditional India. Of course, the city has restaurants with classic cuisine and an emphasis on “cowardice”, but that’s another story. We are talking about today and adhere to the position “Life is not fresh, people are not stale, food is not for sadness,” the institution says. They add that Indian restaurants in Great Britain and France were used as references: “We are discovering modern Indian cuisine in the metropolis.”
The Delhi Delhi format is defined as a “curry bar”. The institution aims to “reveal the full range of curries – both condiments and dishes.” The menu includes seven types of curry, in the near future the range is planned to expand. The restaurant also has two clay ovens for cooking in tondura and naana.
