الاطباق غالية ومحدودة جدا وجودة الطعام عادية ولا تساوي قيمتها المادية فلا اعرف لماذا اسعارهم بهذا الغلاء واجزم بانه فيه مطاعم ايطالية افضل من هذا المطعم بكثير ولا تقارن فيه
لقد كانت صدمة وبالفعل تجربة سيئة ولا انصح فيه ابدا ابدا

10/05/2023 at 22:48It was my first time visiting bujairi and I took a friend there for his birthday. I was expecting to have a unique experience there however I was disappointed with my decision.
Helpful Review 6First of all, I learned that it was still the soft opening of Altopiano and the menu options were limited.
Food was okay but I’m definitely not going back! There are plenty of better Italian restaurants in Riyadh with better menus, offering a more pleasant experience.

Helpful Review 1We booked a table in advance requesting a baby seat, upon arrival we were told there were no baby seats available. No attempt was made to call us on advance of this despite it being in the reservation notes.
We gave them the benefit of the doubt, and proceeded to order slowly and surely we were told they didn’t have certain appetizers, then we ordered mains and again they didn’t have more mains. Apparently, there was no lamb available. The menu is small so it was surprising that atleast a third of it unavailable.
We had asked for water and drinks, the water did not arrive so again we had to chase.
Lastly, we were informed that the the restaurant is in its soft opening phase and that’s why the menu is small and they don’t have a baby seat, they’ve been open since January, I would have expected them to buy a couple of high chairs from IKEA in those 6 months.
The servers are friendly but the quality of food varied, and for the price the service and experience simply was not good enough. Amongst 5 star restaurants they really don’t deliver, so I’m not sure I would return again.

All food we ask without garlic they bring it 2 times with garlic

Although we asked for the set menu- Ramadan Iftar as it was mentioned in Aldriyah gate website, they didn’t offer it at the restaurant! . Still I salute you for the delicious food, the excellent service and your warm hospitality 🤍 Merci beaucoup!

09/02/2023 at 17:54It was good but overpriced I would go to Italy and eat 5 times in great fine dining restaurants and it would still cost the same or even less . Another thing is I would tell the chef if you Dont master the dish or you do not have the ingredients for it Dont put it in the menu eg the pana coatta / the sea bass/ backed potato If this Resturant is that expensive so they probably aiming to be a fine dining but the decorations on the tables are so cheep I would leave the table with no decorations and never put such things . I would still give you 8 out of 10 for the Quality of the ingredients and the way some dishes were done eg. risotto traveler and food critic Happy to give feedback anytime
