06/12/2024 at 14:49Food and staff are always excellent here. It was a very busy night so the restaurant was packed but food still arrived quickly. They were out of stock of the wine I asked for but the managers recommended alternative was excellent. A great option in HK for mussels.

17/11/2024 at 10:45We visited Belgos twice before and were treated cordially when we requested to be seated at the semi outdoor seats with our dog resting outside the line delineating the restaurant area. Last Sat I specifically made a reservation of the same semi outdoor seats only to find with my friends stranding there as no such tables were available. They were occupied. The waitress, seeing my dog, told me “you could only sit there!” pointing those white tables next to the kerb. It was like 29C and we were sweating and felt tremendously humiliated. I bet I won’t go there anymore if the waitress is still around.

Needs improvement:
1. Staff are undertrained. I had to request everything- water, napkins, utensils. Some of these are quite obvious.
2. Food are good in general, but they’re all very salty. Hope this can be improved.
I will keep this on my to-go list and see if I would try again later to see if there are any improvement.

The staff said there was a delay as the server is located in Dubai. However, I have reserved the table for an hour before.
It was really embrassing me as my friend do not find my booking as she needed to be a walk in situation.
An big improvment of the online booking system is need.
