At Upper Deck, Executive Chef Faycal El Moujahid focuses on creating great flavour and texture combinations while employing cuts, preparations and ingredients that present a dining experience that’s rooted in tradition while being unapologetically contemporary. The restaurant’s beef range includes a selection of USDA Prime Black Angus, Porterhouse, Prime Rib Eye and more, with cuts aged from 21 to 30 days.
We also offer a selection of delectable vegetarian dishes and much more… The restaurant’s crowd-friendly menu is complemented by a 40-label wine collection with many boutiques wines available by the glass. The Upper Deck also offers a selection of modern and classic cocktails including Deck’s Spritz, with rosemary-infused vermouth and Aperol, topped with prosecco; the Gin Cooler with kaffir leaf-infused gin, cucumber, lime, lemongrass and soda water; and the American Martinez, a blend of gin, dark rum, port wine, grapefruit and chocolate bitters.
