Honey & Smoke Bali Where the drama spectacle and ancient skill of cooking with fire are combined with the Balinese hospitality to show how simple great food can be. This wood fire bistro with a speak-easy feel provides a modern Australian menu. The colonial carriage bar situated behind a hidden ticket door provides a well-thought-out cocktail menu utilising local rainforest honey, smoked signature cocktails, and locally infused drinks. This brass and wood structure has been carefully thought out and created to provide a classic 1920 carriage feel within the speakeasy bar and a casual fire kitchen sourcing local produce at the forefront of everything we do.

We all ordered cocktails, entrees and mains to share. All food and drinks were amazing and service was second to non.
