I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you are an asian. I see a clear discrimination in their response if it's someone from Europe or US compared to Indian subcontinent. The rooms were good. No doubt about it. However, the staffs need to learn how to respect everyone equally.

Beautiful rooms. The young man on reception, Keith, was extremely helpful and caring throughout my stay. Great credit to him. Buffet meals in the Market restaurant were super.

Stayed for 5 days, 4 nights while attending a Conference in the World Trade Center. Breakfast was provided and the best part are the warm & efficient staff! The moment you step inside, you are greeted & assisted. We would definitely come back when in Dubai! Concierge team: Juan, Joseph, all the Door men were worth mentioning! Also Ribs & Brew was delightful, service was efficient c/o Michelle! 5 Star Customer Service for all staff☀️

We received excellent service from Hilton they made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome to the great customer service, the hotel staff is amazing. Especially thanks to Iqbal from the concierge who saves our life. I lost my passport in a taxi, and Iqbal & and Sajid helped us to get the passport back. The people are outstanding, professional, and very friendly. I would recommend the Habtoor Hilton any day to anyone. You won’t regret it.
