A native of Asti in the Piedmont region, in Northern Italy, where the gastronomic culture is dynamic, rich and exciting! Inspired by his father, who was also a chef, he has continuously improved his culinary skills by working in numerous kitchens of prestige hotels across the globe over the past years.
We are very excited to bring our own contemporary Piedmontese-style to Hong Kong!
